Research

I am a researcher in condensed matter theory, with applications mostly related to cold atoms systems and superconductor. I am particularly interested in quantum critical phenomena and strongly correlated systems.

On a more technical level, I use Functional Renormalization Group (FRG) methods and Tensor RG approaches to study strongly interacting lattice systems. I am deeply interested in the connection between the RG flows, effective field theories and universality.

I have also worked on out-of-equilibrium dynamics of quantum systems (quantum quenches in bosonic and fermionic superfluids), dissipation and equilibration in the Caldeira-Leggett framework, and high-Tc superconductors.
